The Herding of Cats: A Scrum Master's Journey to Deliver Value

Have you ever seen a Scrum Master trying to wrangle a bunch of developers to create value at the end of a sprint? It's like herding cats on roller skates. They're all over the place, pushing and shoving each other to get to the finish line. And you know what they say - 'value postponed is value denied'. But these developers, they're like, 'Nah, let's just wait until the last minute and then throw something together.' It's like watching a bunch of procrastinators at a group project in college.

But the Scrum Master, bless their heart, they keep pushing and prodding and encouraging those developers to create value. They're like a drill sergeant on a mission to deliver value.
